Sept. 17, 2009 — Lady Antebellum got a bit of a surprise this summer when the band was booed by the audience during one of its shows. Bad performance? Hardly. Instead, the female part of the crowd was signalling its disappointment in lead singer Charles Kelley. He got married to music publicist Cassie McConnell, becoming the first member of the group to tie the knot.
