Gerard Butler needed to learn a few smooth moves for his role in the movie The Ugly Truth.  So, who better to teach him than DWTS pro Julianne Hough.  Gerard sat down with TV Guide to talk about the lesson.

“I took a few lessons because I had no idea what I was doing,” says Butler, an action star who felt he had two left feet when it came to dancing. “She did me a big favor there,” he adds, a favor he was able to call in because some of her fellow dancers were once Butler’s neighbors. “I knew a bunch of the guys from Dancing With the Stars because I used to live in the same building as them.”
